ARVUM brings leadership judgement built from real executive experience. Each engagement format is tailored to the situation, the executive and the business moment.

01

Ongoing strategic advisory

This is ARVUM's core format. It consists of a recurring presence alongside the owner, CEO or management team, with an agreed commitment and an agenda built around the issues that are genuinely live in the business.

It is not a closed programme or a textbook consultancy. It is a space for challenge, order and decision-making to work on whatever is conditioning the business at any given moment: growth, organisation, people, market, capital, governance, succession, integration or transformation.

Documents exist when they help to decide, execute or align. The work is not about generating reports, but about producing clarity, judgement and real progress.

02

Specific engagement

A scoped project with a defined start, end, scope and deliverables. It fits when the client needs to resolve a specific issue and wants external support with business judgement, not just technical analysis.

The work always begins with an honest diagnosis. Sometimes the real problem does not exactly match the initial brief. For this reason, before defining deliverables, ARVUM helps to clarify what needs to be resolved, what depth it requires and what decision the work should enable.

A good engagement does not end when a document is delivered, but when the client understands the situation, has identified their options and knows what to do next.

03

Advisory — Advisory board

ARVUM can participate as an independent advisory board member in advisory boards, strategic committees or reflection bodies of family and mid-sized businesses.

The role is to bring an external perspective, business judgement and executive experience to long-term decisions: growth, structure, governance, investment, succession, integration, positioning or transformation of the business model.

Independence is an essential condition. ARVUM must not be conditioned by financial, commercial or personal interests that limit its judgement. If a conflict of interest arises or the role is distorted, the format loses its purpose.

04

Executive mentoring

There are moments when the business demands a different version of the executive. An owner who must stop operating and learn to govern. An executive taking on the role of CEO for the first time. A successor joining the family business.

ARVUM supports that process from real executive experience, not from a methodology-based coaching approach. The difference matters: the starting point is not a competency framework or a pre-set session programme, but the executive's specific situation and what they need to meet the demands of their role.

This format can be combined with ongoing strategic advisory or initiated independently when the need is primarily role-based.

What is your situation?
